Southern charm, real sweet tea, golf courses that don’t require a membership contract written in ancient Greek, and real estate that doesn’t make you feel like you just traded a kidney. South Carolina really is that mix of beach towns, history, and affordability all tied together with palm trees and sunshine. Warm… but not melt-your-mascara Florida warm. A reasonable warm. A “yes, I’ll sit outside” warm.
And between my company’s relocation department and my own coast-to-coast network of trusted agents, I already have the blueprint for the move. Truly. You just tell me when. 

This one hits close, though.
A few weeks ago, my niece packed up with her husband and their two babies, Luca and Myla, and headed to South Carolina. I am going to miss them like crazy. Like crazy crazy. But the bright side… I now have a new place to visit and spoil those babies.
